| Bought my F150 in for an oil change which includes multi-point inspections of my vehicle. During the inspection it was found that my battery tested below the proper cold cranking amperage specification. I have just replaced my battery 8 months prior. They were able to catch my underperforming battery; and I was able to get the battery replaced under warranty. |

| Bought my Ford Escape in for routine oil change maintenance and tire rotation, I was very pleased with the wait time which was about an hour. They inspected and gave me a vehicle report with recommendations of service. I like the personal attention and honesty of their shop. |

| Bought my F150 in for service because the air on the driver's side blow warm air while have the air condition was engaged. Diagnosis reviled a bad left side blend air motor. There are 3 of these motors and all are behind the dash. Had all 3 motors replaced to eliminate any further headaches. They did a great job. Work's factory new. Very pleased. |
